APPLICATION

This product is specially designed for internal environments such as station buildings, structures, and equipment rooms, making it suitable for locations with strict fire risk restrictions. The cable complies with the London Underground (LUL) G7623 A2 standard and utilizes low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) insulation and sheathing materials, offering excellent flame retardancy and low-smoke characteristics to ensure safety in densely populated or equipment-intensive spaces.

The cable conductor is made of tinned annealed soft copper, with specifications covering 0.5mm, 0.6mm, and 0.63mm. It features high insulation resistance, stable capacitance parameters, and reliable electrical performance. Structurally, it employs twisted pairs and unit stranding, wrapped with moisture-proof plastic tape and an LSZH outer sheath. The cable provides good mechanical strength and a minimum bending radius of 7.5 times the cable diameter, facilitating easy installation and laying.

The product operates stably in temperatures ranging from -30°C to +70°C, with an installation temperature range of -10°C to +55°C, making it adaptable to various indoor environments. It is available in multiple pair specifications (1 to 160 pairs), with reasonably designed outer diameters and weights to meet different wiring densities and spatial requirements. It is an ideal choice for internal communication, control, and signal transmission systems in subways, transportation hubs, data centers, office buildings, and more.
